Jazz joined Innomar Strategies in 2011. With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources across the engineering, financial and healthcare industries, Jazz leads a team of 16 HR professionals dedicated to creating a high-performance culture. Her team is responsible for talent management, recruitment, performance management, organizational effectiveness, change management, total rewards, health and safety, and employee relations.

Jazz is passionate about developing the Innomar team and believes in hiring talent that is going to bring new innovation and new perspective to the organization. She is a champion for HR programs that create a best-in-class culture, and spearheaded the Innomar Women’s Executive Forum and Millennial Conference. Before joining Innomar, Jazz’s broad HR experience across multiple industries gave her a strong foundation in recruitment strategies, creating transformative organizational culture, strategic business counsel for creating a performance organization, and executive counsel.

Jazz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Management from McMaster University. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and is a Certified Change Agent from Prosci, a Certified Facilitator in Crucial Conversations with VitalSmarts, and a Certified DISC Trainer.
