Find your role
Innomar offers a variety of challenging and rewarding roles for those interested in impacting the lives of our clients and the patients they serve.
Our program managers oversee the management, planning and implementation of our Patient Support Programs. They are responsible for building trusted client relationships, demonstrating strong account management skills and ensuring program deliverables. They coach and develop the skills of the program team in order to ensure quality service.
Our caseworkers act as the main point of contact for the patient, physician and the insurance companies for a Patient Support Program. With a responsibility to their circle of care, they create and maintain program support deliverables and act as a liaison to streamline communication.
Our field nurses provide specialized infusion and injection training and administration, patient and caregiver education and other critical services to oncology, autoimmune and rare disease patients. They hold positions in both our InnomarClinics™ or in home care settings across Canada.
Our reimbursement specialists work directly with patients to coordinate, manage and secure their prescription drug coverage. They also work with insurance companies and healthcare professionals to maximize reimbursement options on behalf of the patient, providing a seamless experience.
