Caseworker & Reimbursement Specialist

Are you someone who thrives in a patient-facing environment and understands the complexities of navigating the Canadian drug reimbursement landscape? Caseworkers and Reimbursement Specialists at Innomar Strategies serve as essential connectors between patients, payers, and the healthcare system — ensuring that access barriers are resolved quickly and compassionately.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a Patient Support Program (PSP) environment
  • Strong phone-based customer service and communication skills
  • Familiarity with drug coverage, prior authorization, and payer navigation processes
  • Exceptional documentation habits and attention to follow-up
  • Exposure to MS, Neurology, or Immunology therapeutic areas

  • Experience supporting program administration in a healthcare or PSP setting
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and records management skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset with comfort managing repetitive, high-volume tasks

  • Background in MS, Neurology, or Immunology programs is an asset

Nurse Case Manager

Nurse Case Managers at Innomar Strategies play a pivotal role in guiding patients through complex specialty treatment journeys. With clinical expertise and genuine compassion, you will build meaningful relationships with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare providers supporting them.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Current nursing credentials (RN or equivalent)
  • Patient support or case management experience, ideally within a PSP
  • Strong clinical judgment paired with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience supporting patients in MS, Neurology, or Immunology therapeutic areas
  • Ability to manage a complex caseload while maintaining a patient-first approach

Field Nurse Case Manager

Field Nurse Case Managers bring all the clinical care and case management expertise of a Nurse Case Manager to physician offices and specialist clinics across Canada. If you enjoy building relationships in the field and have a talent for engaging directly with physicians and clinic teams, this role is for you.

You may be a great fit if you have:

  • Current nursing credentials (RN or equivalent) with field or community nursing experience
  • A track record of building strong relationships with physicians and specialist teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel to physician offices and clinic sites
  • Experience engaging with specialists across multiple therapeutic areas, including MS or Neurology
  • A proactive, self-directed work style suited to a field-based environment
