In this case study, an existing customer was seeking to centralize and streamline compassionate product and financial assistance escalation requests received from the PSP. The manufacturer expressed a need to have a solution that was efficient and removed the use of email to support auditability and traceability of escalation requests for commercial and medical approvers. In addition to this, there was desire to have a centralized tool that allowed for visibility across multiple individuals at the manufacturer level to ensure requests were actioned quickly and mitigated the risk of missing requests.
