What is a typical day like in your role?
I am the central point of patient care, responsible for all
the activities that surround the patient. I take care of things like education
about their disease and therapy, ensuring the drug arrives on time, and

Every day I get up and go to work to make a difference in a
patient’s life. I once had a patient with a sick child that needed to rebook an
infusion. It was my pleasure to deal with the bureaucracy so they didn’t have
