What is a typical day like in your role?

I am the central point of patient care, responsible for all the activities that surround the patient. I take care of things like education about their disease and therapy, ensuring the drug arrives on time, and communication with healthcare professionals. I work on a rare disease drug with a set of active case files. I spend almost half my time on the phone with those patients.

What are some of the things you love about working at Innomar?

Every day I get up and go to work to make a difference in a patient’s life. I once had a patient with a sick child that needed to rebook an infusion. It was my pleasure to deal with the bureaucracy so they didn’t have to. The scope of what we have been able to accomplish is impressive.
