What do you do?

I create the right team for the program to give the right service to the patient. Currently, I work with two clients. I have 11 reimbursement specialists and administrators reporting to me, and I manage their day-to-day assignments and questions. My main goal is to hire the right staff, train them and help them do their best work for our patients.

What do you love about working at Innomar?

I have worked in various roles at Innomar for the past six years. I’ve been a Reimbursement Specialist, a Performance Excellence Collaborator, and now I’m an Associate Program Manager. I enjoy the work we do for patients. I have a family member with rheumatoid arthritis, so I know how a chronic disease can affect a patient’s life. I like the people I work with, and I like the people I work for.
