Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Position type: Full time, Permanent
Location: Burlington, ON
Work schedule: Flexible within hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8am-8pm
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Logistics, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking incoming calls, processing client and pharmacy orders, and answering client inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will communicate with both our English and French speaking clients using telephone, fax, EDI, and computer systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process orders received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis and provide confirmation when requested;

Communicate with multiple external and internal customers;

Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job;

Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/product related issues, including backorders, emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, etc.;

Aid in the implementation of cycle counts, purchasing, demand planning, etc.;

Maintain accurate information regarding packing slips, backorders and complaints system; and
-
Communicate and coordinate with all logistics partners (internal and external) on any rush shipments.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Previous experience in a warehouse customer service role;

Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English and French required;

Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility, high level of attention to detail;

Proactive customer focus;

Ability to work in a team and independently as well as with minimal supervision;

Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment;

Self-starter, efficient, organized. Capable of consistently producing high quality work under pressure and in a timely fashion;

Proficiency with computers including MS Office software and order entry systems;

Excellent problem solving ability.
