I am proud to lead Innomar Strategies, a company fueled by high-performing professionals who are shaping healthcare delivery every day. When I started the company in 2001, I wanted to make a difference in patients’ lives by applying innovation to how pharmaceutical products were commercialized. I had a vision for designing a new model tailored to the unique needs of the Canadian healthcare marketplace.

From that vision, Innomar Strategies was born and has grown to a team of over 1,600 associates who are united by delivering best-in-class support services that optimize the patients’ experience at every stage of their treatment journey. I am both thankful for, and humbled by, the organization’s unwavering commitment our patients and our deeply-held core values: accountability, collaboration, customer focus, innovation, integrity, and passion. We take great pride in being Canada’s leading pharmaceutical service provider for specialty products. 

However, it is our ability to develop innovative solutions that sets us apart, and our Integrated Model does just that. It advances the commercialization of specialty pharmaceuticals by uniquely integrating the most critical services for different stakeholders, creating efficiency across the healthcare continuum, and improving the patients’ experience. As a result, our manufacturer clients benefit from turnkey solutions that are tailored to their business and patients benefit from a consistent experience throughout their treatment journey.

To be the best, we have to hire the best; and I truly believe our team is the best in the industry. We couldn’t execute our Integrated Model or develop innovative customer solutions without superior industry expertise and deep knowledge of the specialty medication landscape. Our passionate leaders, at all levels in the organization, help our clients succeed in an increasingly complex, and cost-constrained landscape. From our registered nurses in the field, to our consulting team and case workers in office, our pharmacy staff, and our distribution professionals; we have expertly trained associates who are committed to delivering a superior customer experience.

While much has changed since 2001, Innomar Strategies remains a bold and innovative company. As part of AmerisourceBergen, a global leader in pharmaceutical services, we have access to solutions from other global healthcare markets and we can efficiently tailor these to fit the Canadian marketplace. We can also partner with AmerisourceBergen’s customers in the US or other key global markets – helping them extend their reach and efficiently commercialize their products in Canada.

With offices in Ontario and Quebec, and specialty clinics and pharmacies located across the country, we continue to lead the way in bringing value to our partners across the Canadian healthcare ecosystem.
